The Local 375 Apprenticeship Program is a paid, registered pathway into the skilled trades, combining hands-on, on-the-job training with classroom instruction to build real, in-demand skills in plumbing, pipefitting, and pipe welding. Designed for young Alaskans ready to work, learn, and build something lasting, the program offers a debt-free path to a respected career, real confidence, and a future you can be proud of.
You’re 18+ or a high school senior in your final year

You like hands-on work and real results
You’re ready to learn and grow in a respected trade
Also: Must be 18+, valid driver’s license, HS diploma/GED, complete
WorkKeys testing, and available to travel to Fairbanks for interview.
Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll finish with credentials and experience.
